MEET OUR FOUNDER, MARK BENTZ

From Therapist to Clinic Owner, He Understands What Makes a Great Relationship Work for Everyone

Mark started as an RMT in Vancouver in 1995. As a new graduate, he sought out to start his practice and soon signed on with a clinic. And what happened? He was taken advantage of by the clinic owner! He didn't understand what the working relationship was supposed to be about.

Through trial and error, Mark figured out the best ways to create relationships that are fair and productive with clinic owners, eventually starting his own clinic.

Today, Mark owns Electra Health, the largest multi-disciplinary clinic in Canada. He has served as the President of the RMTBC, Vice-President of the CMTBC, taught at WCCMT, and has influenced hundreds of professionals in their careers.

With this knowledge and experience of industry regulations and best practices, he started Happy Recruiter to do two things: make sure therapists are educated about how to grow their practices, and are equipped to make the right choices in their professional development. Second, to help clinics thrive by working in partnership in recruitment and growth, ensuring a lifetime of success.
